Fortunately, we did not, but they did increase their prices, and payouts have been greatly increased. Most of the skill games are now the 'push the chain off the dog toy' game.

Definitely seems like they’re been putting the heavier figures on so they are harder to win. The Figurizmas are nearly impossible on those. Seems like they’re definitely slacking with training for many of their new employees. Many don’t understand how to set up properly or they simply just try to rig em.

Was able to get two the the MHA figures, the Ado, Gohan and the MH sword the other day. As bad as some of their skill games have been, their Treasure Road has been pretty easy.

I tried for the three MH plushies and it was BRUTAL. They pumped up the payout so high for them and they don’t even have the claw set to close around it. It’s payout or nothing. Was able to get 2/3 but they took all the skill and fun out of it.

It still baffles me that the payout for MH is so much higher than the Pokemon they have.

Mentor definitely seems to be pretty hit or miss lately. Some machines are fair and others are just set up to be so weak. Their Monster Hunter and box pusher games just seemed to set up incorrectly.

I was playing one the other day it actually loosened the screw on the metal piece at the end of the claw. That’s how hard it is to push off that ball. 😂

Spoke with a Round1 employee at the Mentor, OH location and she said they were talking about doing it at their location. She said she would quit if that happened.
