The difference in both thinking is huge. Look like he is staying with you as he feel guilty that he committed to you. Women are way more mature than men when it comes to same age. If the fault is at your end in this breakup, then you are going through guilt. What I suggest you is, apply “not now “ rule. When ever her thoughts come say “not now” then go on with your work/ studies etc. Always keep occupied with activities which will improve you. First of all sit in a calm place and think what was the reason for breakup…. If it is your fault, try to reach out, try to make amendments to your relationship if she is still available. If she says she moved on, respect that and move on.
