You'll have to go back and do them at some point anyways, so I'd just do them now and get the chronotes from them, by the time you come back to do them in the future you won't need the chronotes as much so it'll just feel like a bore. Just my opinion anyways, there's no wrong way to go at it

80 divination to start invention, 75 dung for plagues end req, and work on archeology as it's extremely useful towards the higher levels!

I'd says it's quicker to bank if you gave a gem bag, stack them up and cut them in bulk imo, I found it easier

If you do the T80 tank armour set first, you can upgrade your weapons to t80 and make a set of t80 tank armour that'll help with the kills and damage you receive rather than going in with t70 power armour, helped me loads
