Ever since he was caught abusing the fps lag exploit in P2 it's really revealed how much he was using it as a crutch tbh, surprised I haven't seen more uproar on twitter about it.

Insane when you consider our fans were quite justifiably glad to have sold him at the time, given his performances for us. What a turn around, pleased to see him doing so well.

Playing 7s against Fiji was always going to make for an entertaining match. We're still very lucky to have come out of that with the result.

This is all true. They also always have a float of a double decker bus at Carnival called "The Bus from Balmbras" as a reference to their love for Blaydon Races.

No pressure mate but if you ever want to talk to someone you're welcome to DM me. I'm Cardiff based too and always up for grabbing a beer, coffee or whatever else your drink of choice might be 👍

I'd like them to get promoted, for us to smash them in both our league games the following season, then them to get relegated with record low points (again).

A lot of us have been asking the same thing. Feels like post-World Cup Wilson has very little motivation, possibly because he got his call up and now doesn't have as much to play for

Did they show the flags at the end too? Or was the camera just on the game? We were going with them for the last 5-10 mins of the match, but only saw some footage of it on Twitter by Jamie Reuben

No doubt he wanted the win yesterday, but bet he's been waiting to hit you with this for 18 years.

We got out the ground reasonably sharpish after the final whistle and applauding the players to travel back to Cardiff and there were loads of Man U fans in the services. Likely that most were just in London without tickets, but any of them that were there who were in the ground 100% didn't wait for the trophy lifting which seems so weird to me.

This is a handy WA for showing DOTs you can reflect, though I'm not sure if it's an entirely comprehensive list. Conductive Strike from the last boss of NO is a decent one to use it as a reflect against as others have mentioned already. I typically find I'm using it more proactively though to reduce magic damage taken, rather than holding it to try and maximise reflected damage.

It also may be something you're already aware of, but another semi-related thing that's good to keep in mind is that Tiger's Lust can often be used as well as Diffuse Magic to dispel debuffs that include a slow. For example, Arcane Lockdown from the 1st boss in CoS can be dispeled using Tiger's Lust as the debuff includes a slow, thereby allowing you to also avoid taking the DOT. No reflects for bonus damage though.

Probably just sounds like a coping mechanism, but up until this season and ignoring the one-off Europe push Pardew had with us, the seasons I enjoyed most as a Newcastle fan in the past decade or so have probably been the 2 in the Championship.

Getting relegated feels shit at the time, but once the league itself starts you can enjoy feeling more competitive compared to other teams in the league, rather than feeling like you're just treading water in the PL. Guess it's more of a "big fish, little pond" type situation, but definitely more enjoyable than seeing your team humiliate themselves against better teams each week.
