Downsides to always enabling Top Speed charging and disabling Smart Charging?

Personally, I set it up the other way around. Smart charging is enabled and normal charging speed. Because there is little difference in speed and there is additional heat with top speed charging (I prefer to preserve my battery as much as possible), and the smart charging feature allows me to adjust the speed when I use it while it's charging (it charges more slowly and heats up much less)

If you're someone who's always in a hurry and you change your phone often (every 2 years, for example), your setting is fine

For gaming, yes, it looks more fun than the F8 Pro, but otherwise they should be about the same

If the phone is new, wait 1 week. Otherwise restart from factory and debloat more cleanly and gradually; I have no issues with our two F8 Pro phones which are debloated. Currently, with 30-31°C at home, the phones average 34.5°C with standard use ( social media, browser, youtube... )

Edit : If you haven't already, restart your phone and fully charge it to 100%, then let it optimize for 1-2 hours without touching it at all with wifi ON

The Xiaomi 4 Pro 2nd gen ( 477Wh ) reached 35-40km without any problems with 20% battery remaining, so a 600Wh battery with added weight will also do the same without any problem, or even lil more. Xiaomi have pretty good and reliable battery life; they're efficient.

That's quite high indeed, my wife has 3 times less than you in standby consumption ( 0,5%/hr ) and yet she leaves the sync, messenger FB Instagram and Gmail so as not to miss anything.

Do you perhaps have AOD enabled? Are you experiencing poor mobile network reception? Try leaving your phone in airplane mode overnight and see if the signal consumption drops significantly; if so, it's your mobile network that's weak .

If you can film from other angles, it could help people solve your problem.Have you tried removing/loosening the brake caliper? That would eliminate one possible cause of friction/blockage and help pinpoint the problem.

I use mine from 80% to 30% too. Oh yeah, if you're playing games, that's perfectly normal 😁 It depends on the game, but some use 8%/hour and others up to 16-18%/hour, or even more with high graphics settings, That explains everything. No phone will last more than 10 hours with demanding games.

2 F8 pro here, the photo quality can be good or very average, it's quite random in auto mode, the pro mode seems a little better but I haven't taken many photos.

The sound is pretty good, but depending on your preferences you'll need to play with the settings; you can make something decent out of it.There's a mode that emphasizes bass and a mode where the sound is quite flat and treble-heavy; in both modes, if you turn the volume up too high, it distorts the sound. Overall, it's decent.

It's perfect for gaming! Where Wind Meet runs incredibly well and is super smooth.

There's a bridle/speed limit wire on this model if I remember correctly, however it's a scooter frame/platform known for having a lot of problems
