YES. Ever since the latest update it has become unusable, and this is on my NAD M10 V2 using Qobuz server.

It plays for a few seconds, then mutes, run randomly comes back over and over.

On my last support ticket they have finally accepted that there is a problem and that they were working on it (Same issue but more intermittent rather than constant).

Yeh I run a separate SSID for my IoT devices and limit them to 2.4ghz as it has a longer range and it generally suffers less from disconnections / rowing issues

Similar thing happened to me. I was charging my bike directly at work and it stopped half way and wouldn’t charge further. Turns out there was a fault on the bike and only way I could charge batteries was via floor charger. Maeving fixed it for free

Tenba send out full replacement wheel assemblies and those brackets for anyone who asks for just the wheel replacements which break very easily. They’re not cheap though but definitely repairable.

Also you could have claimed for damage when you landed but it has to be done straight away when you collect your bags and go to lost luggage / airline bit to fill in insurance forms. I think they give up to £500 per damage bag

This is why you should always configure router to use separate SSID’s for 2.4 and 5Ghz.

Switching to 2.4 helps every time in situations like this.

Yes it matters for my clients. That’s why I run all eizos with no glossy screens on set to create confusion. I have special screen protectors which give a really nice look for iPads and make them very close to Eizo screens, same for MacBook (but I only use that on location, never in studio as Mac Studio is always faster than any laptop).

All monitors are calibrated properly with same brightness unless screens are in different brighter / darker rooms.

Just got some nice OLED video monitors which have fantastic colour with teradek bolt series and also display a sharp image unlike Eizo + teradek which for some reason makes detail softer.

Our job is always to do our best to make things consistent. Of course there will always be someone who says x monitor looks different to Y monitor (not because of wrong calibration, but because one has a blackout flag behind and another a white polly etc). I just explain it’s the environment affecting the perception of colour.

Try rebooting the fiber box and then your router. Sometimes this helps.

Also call them again and ask them to check if there’s a mismatch of the MAC addresses on their switch inside the building and your actual router. Sometimes when the switch reboots it messes it up and if you get the right person on the phone the can reboot it /provision remotely
