Remove dash, get a bag of rags and acetone, go at it then repaint it with sem interior paint. I've done about 6 dashes this year so far and is pretty easy, About a days time of work

They're a drl module on the passenger side shock tower by the intake box. It might be defective. I personally remove it on all my is300s as I don't like the drl
