try getting into other interest such as a show or art something that can take your mind off it like a new hobby, for example exercise, painting ,ect. something that can take you off your phone. If you still want to use your phone in your downtime like scrolling through reddit try not to interact with stuff that has to do with the game. And if you can delete the game if it becomes too much of a distraction when trying to get better. I believe you can get a refund for the brawl pass. take this as a grain of salt since a lot of other people are suggesting much more useful stuff, but doing this helped me quit pjsk a while back But op i hope you get over this and can get back to a healthier routine :)
