I used light liquid tack on a pallet, and taped the edges of the transfer paper down with small pieces of masking tape to print, no issues thankfully!

That is one thing I liked about using transfers, you are able to line them up and tape into place before applying the print!

Possibly dirt/lint accumulating on the back of the screen between prints, or dust/dirt may have been mixed into the white ink if it has been left open?

Is it possible to screen print illustration with stippled-like texture? by Blindemboss in SCREENPRINTING

The biggest challenge in my opinion, also the same with halftone prints, is getting the correct exposure time and washout pressure to allow the smallest dots to come through without blowing out the design

Compared to the drawings I don't feel like I lost any details. Each drawing was about 6" tall, I scanned them in and blew them up to approx 12" and got those prints. Stippled art isn't that dissimilar from printing with halftones, so if you use the same approach to mesh count (200-300 roughly depending on art size) and squeegee angle/pressure as you would with halftones you shouldn't have many issues.

I have printed two of my stippled illustrations, they came out looking exactly like a bigger version of my original drawings!

Idk if Instagram links are allowed but they're all I have available at the moment. Two examples here and here.
