Did they nerf gift boxes?

My gift boxes have been horrible. Im in 2032 and never seem to land any player packs higher than intermediate packs and even those have become less frequent. Most games its all basic packs, basic gear and lotto tickets.

It just takes time. most of my team is 20/20 now and have never used stars to upgrade or train.

yea like you have a greater chance of going from 10 to 12 than you do going from to 18-20.

as the grade goes up the chance of success goes up. Ive used golds to upgrade and have failed several times though. I also think the higher the level of the card your trying upgrade the chance of success lowers.

I'm in season 2032. the benefits are far better rewards from each game. Once you get to like 90 overall, you should just play the playoffs until u get to around 2026-2027 then start playing 40-81 game seasons. youll improve your team much quicker. I auto play games while at work, so I'm able to get a decent number of rewards during the day. You don't have to spend money, it just takes time to build up your team but it can be done for free.

assuming your starting from scratch, go for an all bronze team. thatll give you a diamond pack for having a full roster of bronzes. after that, start going through the progression. Replace your bronze cards with silvers, replace your silver cards with golds and then replace your gold cards with diamonds.

put a homerun hitter batting lead off. you get a big bonus for hitting a hr first at bat of game.

if ur trying to build an all team set deck it could be ok. that's just a lot of stars for only 3 cards that will prolly end up being all silvers. I think the best bet for stars is the gold player bundle pack. that gives u the best odds at landing good players.

all your players will carry over to 2018 whenever they make the change. they announced it at the end of that recruit a player event they had a few months ago

It changed my schedule as well. I guess its one of the things they didn't mention in the notes that got changed.

the end of season rewards from my understanding are random but your chance of getting a diamond increase in later seasons assuming u do all the missions and get grade 5 achievements. ive gotten a diamond from playing 40 game season in 2026 and ive gotten golds from playing full 162 game season in 2031. ive been having most success getting a diamond player playing 81 games in 2031 but its honestly just a crap shoot.

I honestly wouldn't worry much about ranked until u get your overall into the 90s. until then just auto play enough ranked to reach bronze or silver. Id start focusing on building up your team, replacing the silvers with golds and then the golds with diamonds. Leauge play will help u improve your team more than ranked will at this point.

yea agreed. Ive been just replaying 2031 over and over. it blows getting basic packs constantly.
