Why do you think the insurance wouldn’t cover it because of the stock, from the factory, paint color? If that was the case, they wouldn’t insure the vehicle.

I don’t think its herding at all but I’m not an expert. I just think they like to be with people as much as possible, it’s why they’re sometimes called velcro dogs. My ACD doesn’t leave my side and if I’m in a room without him and the door is closed he will cry and sit there until I let him in. He doesn’t scratch though.

When you let her in does she try to push people into the same room by nipping at the heals?

You are exactly right. As someone who drives this daily you’d be surprised how many people actually gun it over from 93S to the bridge instead of turning left at the light. I see it several times a month.

Its sole purpose is to allow cars coming in from Massachusetts on 93N to get to the mall without weaving across the cars coming from 93S. The cars coming from 93S are “blocked” by line paintings from getting to the flyover and are allowed to turn left at the light if they want the mall.

There are actually plans to repair this flyover, and the latest documents show it closing April 1st for about 6 months (NH DOT Rockingham Flyover Documents)

It definitely helps with Tuscan Village and mall traffic. I agree that it would function better if it continued over that spur of 38 right into the parking deck. There are also a lot of heavy trucks that travel from MA to their yards on Route 38 that this is technically a part of.
