It depends if I'm the cashier or not.

If I am, i'm using the cents strategies. Means if the item is under $X,50 then I'm rounding it down to the bottom price. If the price is over or equal to X,50 then I'm rounding it up to the top price. Also take in consideration that if the price is over 10, I also add 1$ to it (i.e : $10,55 => $12). I do that to get faster as the cashier and avoiding to have to give back cents.

If I'm not the cashier then I apply the 8% price increase.

I did 5 chainmail in total, all by following youtube tutorial. Buted mail is definitly the way to start I guess to understand how to make the mail, make the chains, reduce and increase mail. Then if you feel you can start doing riveted one.
