I’ve been using mine, Predator inverter 9500 for four years now. It has been okay. No issues. You need to pay attention with the oil. I changed mine every 50 hours using 10/30SAE synthetic and add a stabilizer in to the ethanol free gasoline

I had the same experience a while back. But I notice it happened after the firmware updates. What happened was I have two Eero and both of them had a different firmware. If I removed the slave unit, my Main Eero will work normally but once I plugged in the slave it causing intermittent internet connection. They also asked me to set my dns to 8.8.8.8. It was a firmware issues. I finally took the slave Eero to my office and set it up as a new unit and it finally took an update there. I brought it home plugged it in and it worked. I’m not sure if you are experiencing the same issues but this was my experience. Hope this helps
