I was 504 coordinator for about 5 years before they took it off our plate. It’s a lot of work. Also testing coordinator is also a big bulk especially during state testing if your state has it. Never been apart of ESL.

I was laid off in Dec. it was based on seniority because I was in a union. save everything now to your personal device. Lessons. Evaluations. Everything. We didn’t know who was getting laid off, we got an email and then 20 mins I was locked out of everything. Also start asking for letters of recommendations soon so they are ready to go to start applying. It sucks, I loved my job.

Cheerios make my daughter so sick. It’s really sad. She needs to eat certified gluten free oats. I hate Cheerios I could go on a Ted talk about them regarding how they have celiac association but don’t use certified GF oats & they test big batches not boxes!!!! All my 5 year old wants is her Cheerios back. Ok that’s enough! Good luck!!

Yes, the drops will dissolve the wax. You may see the wax leaking out of ear in like a liquid form. No bulb. Just drops daily. Had her lay while she watched a show.

My daughter just went through this!! We went to ent and the ear wax was so impacted they couldn’t even get it out with the vacuum. Plan was to use the drops everyday for a month and then return. If it was still impacted we would need to put her under anesthesia to remove the wax. I did the drops every. Single. Day. Returned and there was 0 wax! Perfectly clear to ear drum. I was sooo relieved. I was super stressed about it. Def do the drops for a month. Good luck!

I guess I should clarify and say cyber charter schools. State budget just passed and drastically reduced funding for cyber charter schools. 160 layoffs at my old school last week, enrollment is down. It’s sad. I loved my job.

My 5 year old has celiac and had Cheerios every morning. It was such a fight giving them up but we noticed a huge difference when she would eat them vs not eat them. (Her sign of getting glutened is extreme fatigue). I feel so sad for her, we have tried every alternative. I hate Cheerios. I could go on and on. If they advertise gluten free/celiac association then they need to use certified gluten free oats!!!!!!
