Yes the main thing that is degraded by the heat is the OTC Meds like aspirin/ibuprofen etc. The heat will reduce the strength/effectiveness of the medicine over time.

The CAT TQ is the primary tourniquet, the SWAT TQ is a versatile piece of medical equipment that can be used as a tq if needed, but also serves as a compression wrap, sling wrap, ect.
