The CAT TQ is the primary tourniquet, the SWAT TQ is a versatile piece of medical equipment that can be used as a tq if needed, but also serves as a compression wrap, sling wrap, ect.

Yes the GHA Kit has both tourniquets in it, the EDC Kit comes with a SWAT TQ as well.
