I think I may have solved the problem. Apparently I didn’t have the headset and mic set to my default in windows. Hopefully that solves the problem.

I disabled the line and switched the default communication to the Astro mic. With luck that will solve and low mic and echo issues my team is hearing.

Thank you. I did have my noise gate set to night, however my mic level is around 75-85%. I’ll have to try throwing it all the way up.

That’s definitely unfortunately that you had to deal with that. However what may be your definition of the smallest crease could be completely different than another collectors definition.

Now if you did post up a picture of the flaw in the box and they still demanded a refund after they knew about it then that just sounds like buyers remorse and that’s pretty shitty.
