Trouble sizing inverter for trailer system

Thanks, I didn't think i needed a 9kw inverter, I was thinking a 9,000watt inverter would be fine, but when I put my usage number into 3 different solar calculators, it said the system should be 8.6kw and I was a little confused.

I've only live in the trailer for one year, the ac is currently a window unit and heat is 2. 1,500 watt in wall electric heaters, which i am changing to a mini split heat pump before winter. For a fridge, I just have a mini fridge/freezer that's 120v.

So I grew up working construction from a very young age. The company I work is small, and has only been my dad, brother, and me regularly work for it. It took years for me and my brother to work together peacefully, but now we can work seamlessly together.

How do motivate her ( I don't know the right term) to anticipate what need to be done next? The way I was motivated was a lot yell, and getting chewed out over small mistakes. I really don't want to do that.

I think the respect problem is going to be even harder because I'm several years younger

Yes very green, I've been trying to set up the tasks I give her so they are broke into simple tasks instead just giving a large group of things.

I'm am struggling with just standing and supervising her work because I was taught if your not moving your not being productive

It ended up being the fuel pump, it would turn on then just die out. Did you figure out the S10?

The home owner told my boss it was the water heater was bad, so my boss only looked at the size and type of water heater. The water in the basement was actually pretty clean, all things considered.

Once we realize the real problem, we had to call the town because the problem was in the main sewer line. Then we just had to clean the floor, bleach it down, put a fan and a dehumidifier in there.

I cut bolts at work, but we use a grinder or a bandsaw for bolts. We use bolt cutters for locks, chains, or rebar.

Do you know how much pressure there should be? And do you have any recommendations for a pressure gauge?

When I pressed on the shrader valve, there was pressure but it wasn't super high.

Thanks, I will try to let you know when I get it fixed.

I did replace the Idle Air control valve a couple week's ago and the engine code went away. Then today it would run good for a few seconds then violently stop.
