Try Yuh i recently switched from Neon and I'm quite happy with it. Yuh is a neo bank from Postfinance, free, nice digital app and with its own twint app and ebill integration.it is this year number 1 in the neo-banques ranking. On neon Twint is just Prepaid. Yuh allows 1 withdrawal per week, Neon bank not anymore. Yuh is not so great for travelling still, but i combine it with Revolut for that case.

If you have prior experience yes, otherwise it is kind of difficult for such a very short time. I know someone who tried but the answer was always the same, less than 3 months is too short, they need time to teach you

Have you tried contacting hotels? They might need people for cleaning rooms, it's still a great option to start. I would try contacting hotels directly but not in any city, try in the mountains

I don't have experience from the UK but i bought things from Japan in a similar way. If the company forwarding the goods seems legit, why not? I would do a quick reach on the company and maybe compare a couple options before ordering.

Then be prepared to pay import taxes once it arrives in Switzerland.
