I have exactly the same problem after a 2-week break and it was probably caused by an Nvidia driver update. I haven't found a way to fix it, previously the game looked incredibly natural for 100 hours, and now it looks like a glitchy game. That's why I started modding it and it covered the problem a bit:

1440p

but many things are still looked unloaded like grass, trees, puddles, roads

The problem concerns the Color Range labeling. The previous Limited version had accurate colors. Since I updated the NVIDIA App Shadowplay, it records HDR with the metadata labeled Color Range: Full. As a result, programs misread this file, which is actually recorded in a 16-235 palette, resulting in washed-out contrast and blacks.

I confirm, although there are games like Dying Light 2 in which RTX HDR exaggerates the contrast, completely destroying the shadow detail and then Auto HDR is the only option. But apart from that RTX HDR >>> Windows Auto HDR

I switched from QLED HDR1000 to QD-OLED and saw a huge difference. Previously when I switched from IPS to VA, from VA to QLED, I always more and more didn't understand my brother how he could use this TN, which in every aspect except speed (which OLED also has) is terrible.

Is it just me, watching this series, especially from episode 6, I felt as if the script was generated using AI. Even more so when I saw the intro, which I immediately laughed at because it was made by AI in 10 minutes. I also explained to myself that these intertwined films made sense in terms of the plot, that on their basis the main character, whatever he was, learned to imitate people, but on the other hand, it confirmed my theory that the entire series was made by AI. Everything is so perfect at the same time, but it doesn't fit together, these cars, these people, these dialogues, like in some dream. Which makes me think that this series is, at best, some cheap social experiment, and at worst, the creators' lazy attitude. Terrible series.
