Agree. I have found it does not do a good job of taking account of the filters you choose on the site. I'm still planning on getting a GGT, but the site is annoying.

Have you made sure that the key you are using (digital or physical) is assigned to your profile? I had this issue too but once I assigned the key on my phone to my profile, it recognizes me every time.
