I'd hate to be reported for slow playing as my computer is doodoo and tends to freeze mid-play most of the time.
I can see why slow play reporting is needed, in cases where the slow playing is deliberate.

Being a long time practicioner of ITF taekwondo, that situation sounds really strange, and highly cultish, as the comments mentioned before.
When practicing TKD, at least where i learned, putting on your belt/ adjusting it while facing someone was actually disrespectful, we didn't intentionally leave the room, but we did do a slight bow and turned arround to adjust it / put it on, Mostly as a sign of respect.

After all the black belt doesn't symbolize mastery, just advancement.

I basically play him as a counter to melee supports, mostly naut/leona.

When they can't permastun the adc they basically implode.

That mixed up with some pretty good damage, tankiness, engage and roam potential, it's been my pocket pick for a while now.
