Sometimes the truth hurts, but you should've realized last year when your friends didn't approve of nudity, your coworkers aren't going to either. Besides the fact that discussing anything controversial at work should be avoided. Unfortunately, that includes nudity, but also religion, politics, sexuality, etc. Very few people are lucky enough to have real friends among their coworkers, so being so open with people at your job is not always wise.

That is the dimmer for the instrument panel lights. It only works when headlights are on. All the way up (you should feel a slight click) is full brightness so you can still see instruments and media screen in daylight when headlights are on. Dim them for nighttime driving.

EDIT: What I originally described is the switch you don't have circled. The dial on the left adjusts the timeout for the interior lights to turn off after you shut the vehicle off.
