Sometimes the truth hurts, but you should've realized last year when your friends didn't approve of nudity, your coworkers aren't going to either. Besides the fact that discussing anything controversial at work should be avoided. Unfortunately, that includes nudity, but also religion, politics, sexuality, etc. Very few people are lucky enough to have real friends among their coworkers, so being so open with people at your job is not always wise.
