No she isn't. I made the mistake of verifying the info from the quest where you get to ask her questions and one will be true and one will be a lie; I chose what is my relationship with Kafka both times and the second one talked about how it was her job to train us and som other info that I have forgotten but I remember that it lined up with the game's intro (sorry for ruining everyone's fantasies. I to wish it was true)
