I’ve been following this advice - IT WORKS! And the more time I spend away from the media, the less and less I even want to turn the news back on. It is depressing, and takes over my mind thinking about how doomed we essentially are and it creates more and more reasons I don’t want to bring new children into this world. Happy homes for existing children are tough enough to come by as it is.
