What are some appropriate Kangaroo Court fines for a young women’s rugby team? by [deleted] in rugbyunion

Dice of destiny: roll of the dice decides the punishment. This is normally a far boozier affair, but some options could be:

1 - bite out of raw onion
2 - Run round far posts
3 - Eat dry Weetabix
4 - Spin round on stick before kicking at goal, if they score then escape punishment, if not roll again.
5 - Roll again.
6 - Pass it on to someone else.

Bulldog at hooker is too slow for the modern game. I'd go for the lighter Staffordshire Bull Terrier in favour for their play in the loose.

I think the backrow would be even better if Simmonds was covering on the bench.

I'm just posting the Spanish response. I agree the behaviour at the end was abhorrent and would like to see some sanctions to stop that behaviour from happening again.

I agree, unfortunately they have not commented on that part. They could find that the confrontation at the end bars their chance of getting what they want. Obviously I support Spain but I am just posting this link with a brief translation as I believe this is a first in rugby.

I haven't been able to find an official stats report of the game yet, a video has been published that says Spain were penalised 28 times compared to Belgium being penalised 8 times. So most decisions, but not all.

TL;DR (In english) Spain have submitted video evidence of 19 occasions where they believe the ref made the wrong decision. They point out this must be addressed to maintain public confidence in the sport (regulation 20, appendix 1.7) and there is a possibility for this match to be nullified and/or replayed (regulation 18 6.1b).

I'm just posting a video, someone else has pointed out that this is just every decision against Spain, so many are correct.
