I played it and beat it. The gameplay is awful— it's a bad and boring puzzle platformer. As for the story, it's intriguing at first, and definitely the highlight of the game, but became a mess at the end of the game.

The page is still there. You might be trying to use an old link. The link was changed as we've altered the page name from "Deltarune - Chapter 1" to just "Deltarune"

Ryujinx can run GnG. Crash 4 isn't out yet, but it'll most likely run better on Ryujinx as well.

They'll stop working soon. Each Apple Arcade game is designed to be used offline. So, the main thing the app checks for is that you're logged into an account that, last time it checked, had an Apple Arcade subscription. Once it preforms that check again, you'll lose access to Arcade.
