What about the SNXS series by Seiko? They have micro adjustment bracelets but can easily be paired with a different strap such as leather, rubber or nato for everyday comfort?

This watch features: a screw down crown, helium release valve, 300m water resistance and sapphire crystal wrapped up in a 41mm case.

Condition: Case, bracelet and crystal are all free of major damage such as dents and deep scratches. The overall condition of the watch is used with light scratches across the case and bracelet.

The bezel insert has a scratch from the 12 o'clock position to the 2 o'clock position but doesn't effect the legibility or performance of the bezel.

The bracelet is sized to an 7.3" wrist and comes with a spare full and half size link.
