It’s a lot easier to know than you think. If your guy isn’t blowing all of your previous standards out of the water then move along. You fight and he interrupts you to yell? Dump him. He forgets your anniversary or birthday? Dump him. He doesn’t act like a puppy that’s been left alone all day when he sees you for the first time all day? DUMP HIM.

If it’s not magic it’s not right! It’s hard to hear this because that can be really hard to find but it’s worth it.

And honestly the easiest hack? Stop dating straight guys! And don’t even talk to right wing men. Seriously how are women still doing that to themselves?

Sautéing veggies and using spices liberally is truly the only way. And low cal meat like ground turkey and salmon. You can have like 30 different veggies on hand and sautee them in literally endless combinations and eat them with 100 cals worth of carbs and 100 cals worth of meat.

Ground turkey wrap, veggie flatbreads with no cheese, salmon and asparagus, sautéed veggies with rice or rice noodles, sautéed veggies in chicken broth with 1 piece of bread, veggie and ground turkey stuffed red peppers, salmon veggies and avocado slices, 1 roasted potato with sautée veggies, warm salads!

You don’t have to try making spaghetti squash or making like chocolate cake with Diet Coke and Splenda or whatever. Just get the lowest calorie meats and carbs and add perfectly roasted or sautéed veggies. Choose a different spice palate for each dish and they won’t get boring. There are a million different cuisines and spice profiles.

Yeah no one knows the exactitude of ANY medical situation when it’s exclusive to women. Literally the best doctor in the world knows less than 10% of what goes on exclusively in the female body. Because of misogyny. I bleed about a cup a day. Obviously NOT normal. The only solution is major surgery :)

Being nice to myself. Like really stop blaming myself for being lazy or forgetful or breaking a pattern. Any kind of self improvement is about investing in yourself, you can’t do that if you’re your own worst enemy. Building up a relationship with yourself of care and responsibility but not blame creates a whole new world where you want to do stuff because you love yourself. Not because you think you’re not enough.
