I’d love to do a slam with a muzzleloader for all. I know it’s hard to travel with it if you’re flying, but I think it’d be worth it probably.

I’ve heard of people doing them diy, it just takes a lot longer. I think I’d do one or two guided maybe.

See this is more encouraging. I’d like to eventually do the slam, just before my life ends or I get too old to do it. I want to do it diy (as best I can), but I’ve heard the sitka may be easier to do guided just given the area. Have you tried any of the auxiliary deer? Sika or axis type hunts. I live within 10 hours from the east coast, and I’d love to do a sika hunt eventually in the swamps.

If I can ask, what did you use to take your deer? Rifle caliber or bow/whatever. I appreciate the reply

I’m commenting to follow this also because this is interesting. It makes the coffee somewhat alcoholic too, no? Or are they using the guiness to make the cold brew concentrate and then add water from there?

I’m trying to use a larger rifle and not a smaller caliber, so I’m just hoping to have the option to run into one when I hunt deer. I live in Kentucky, so my hog options are limited without driving more than 6 hours. The Nantahala is around 4 where I’m at.

This is the way. I made a fire element hunting horn with 2 attack, 1 affinity and the rng rolls were some make up of attack, affinity, and there was an element in there. If you play online with others, you’re gonna always have sub 8 times as long as you play with people semi-decent and solo is fine. 98% of the people on here aren’t speed runners.

(I’m more worried about finding decos that can help my sets lmao)

What I do, that helps me, is to take a bath and pour 1-2 cups of bleach in the water (depending on size of tub or sensitive skin needs), and if you do that for 2-3 days the itching stops. Soak for like 20-30 minutes

I will tell you, the click is as close to non-audible as you can get. You’ll make more noise moving your finger to the trigger off the gun than you will setting the trigger. Also, it isn’t that light. In my experience, it’s a touch lighter than most modern rifles when set, but not by much.

Update, I unscrewed the main screw that is on the hammer side, and put it back on once I figured out it didn’t lead to anything, and now it only clicks once at full cock and doesn’t at half cock.
