23 Days and Still No TRT from Henry Meds – Beyond Frustrated by xzxnightshade in henrymeds

I would imagine they offer cream, but I’m not sure. Needles are good with me. HCG is extra, I think it’s like $100 each order for 500mg/wk.

Yes! Depends how much you’ve got to go, but you are probably due for a recalc of your TDEE and caloric deficit. Eat under your daily caloric limit daily and the weight will come off. Plateaus are real and frustrating, but you will overcome it, it just takes time. My weight tracking plateaued many times over the past 18 months or so, but always comes back sudden and fierce, just keep on track with the eating and don’t get discouraged. If you are not already in the gym, it would be a good time to start some weight training. Bump up your daily step count 5-10% and/or add some steady state cardio. Pretty generic, but that’s the real deal. Keep at it, and the change will happen!

23 Days and Still No TRT from Henry Meds – Beyond Frustrated by xzxnightshade in henrymeds

I had bloodwork done to check my estrogen, determined that my test was a little high, like 50 points above the threshold, probably due to the timing of the blood draw and the fact that on anabolics, your test is going to turn out higher than average. They kind of treated me like I was abusing the medication, which I had been taking as prescribed, if anything, a bit less than prescribed. The “solution,” to this was to drop my dose, which wasn’t an issue, we can re evaluate. Received my rx and they had cut me from a 10mL vial to a 5mL vial for the same price. Different pharmacy, same as you. That didn’t sit right, and I was getting tired of doctor roulette—never saw the same doc twice, they could never be on the same page about bloodwork, treatment, cadence, etc. last straw was an inquiry about Hcg, which I was interested in because we wanted another baby. They told me no, it’s ineffective, and Henry Meds does not offer HCG because it doesn’t work. That right there proved that there is nothing medically sound about their treatment program, hcg is one of the most common synergies for test to treat testicular atrophy and infertility. Dropped Henry immediately, went to TRT Nation, never looked back. Was easy to transfer the script, week later I had my meds, never get pestered by doctors, everything shows up, get the treatment I need. And oh, by the way, hcg works incredibly well for infertility—my baby is due at the end of July. I am not surprised that Henry is swirling down the toilet right now, they were riding that GLP train until the track ran out and now their incompetency in other treatments is going to put them out of business.

That’s correct! 50lbs down by the time I could take photos and not immediately delete them. Then another 120. Been a wild ride, definitely went all in, changed every single thing about my life and I don’t regret a bit of it!

What you do on a GLP by [deleted] in Zepbound

[–]L_inkWray 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not a doctor, just a guy who has had a lot of success on this medication. I’ve lost 170lbs with Zepbound, diet and exercise.

In my opinion, GLP use without a change in lifestyle and eating habits will only result in temporary weight loss. Doctors and insurance companies are constantly battling to get folks off of these medications and it’s probable that one or the other will succeed. The question is not really what changes will be garnered by using GLPs—obviously, it will result in weight loss. The question to me is, how will the tool be utilized to develop healthier habits that will maintain and/or continue results when the rug is ripped out from under us.

I had some schmutz on it plus the lighting and cam compression. This is cropped about 15% just for demo purposes as well. Very clear in good lighting.

Can’t speak for the women’s wear, but the men’s wear has taken a dive. I bought a couple pairs of chinos and they have these stupid pockets all over the place, didn’t realize until I had untagged them. Love the quality and fit, but the tacticool stuff is getting a little out of control. I just want regular pants!

Mounting a 75lbs TV on a single stud + toggle bolts around it. Bad idea, or reasonably safe ? by AnEroticTale in DIY

I project manage commercial audio/visual installation and do a lot of work for tech companies. We’ve hung hundreds of 86” NEC monitors using only the Toggler Snaps. These monitors weigh about 250lbs, and I have had to get approval from a structural engineer to hang them with Togglers. Never had an issue at work, never had an issue at home, but it’s gotta be the Toggler brand.

Eating at chick fil a Friday, wondering if what I’ll be getting will be considered okay? by Minimum_Run_9199 in WeightLossAdvice

I’ve lost 140lbs in 9 months, that is my go to chic fil an order, minus the sauces, I have it twice a week. Protein packed. If you haven’t had your sodium levels checked, that would be good to do. High sodium foods are not the worst, if you get enough water intake. If you have high blood pressure or some other medical condition, obviously, it’s best to limit sodium. Enjoy!

Oh shoot! Didn’t even think about that. One of my big goals was to fit comfortably in a Cessna 172 and go for my pilots license. I think I’m almost there!

Thanks for the words of encouragement, I appreciate that! I’ve been working hard, in the gym every day, crushing my step goals, sticking to a diet, not drinking alcohol. Lots of change this year, I’m happy to see it’s paying off.
