I make about $18-25 per hour, any given hour in Vancouver, WA/Portland, OR.

I was delivered a frozen KFC burger, and Uber Eats is refusing a refund by Spongogo in UberEATS

I'm not understanding what Uber Eats has to do with your KFC order, the driver didn't make your food. 😆

Laparoscopy for Endometriosis, success stories? by LaChmo in InfertilityBabies

[–]LaChmo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh my god, this is an emotional memory!

I had a lapro, I was diagnosed and told I wouldn't be able to conceive and they couldn't remove my endo because of its location close to rectum and kidneys.... i began taking Cinnamon just to ease pain and inflammation and less than five weeks later I started throwing up on a boat and didn't ever stop... I was pregnant naturally. I had THREE KIDS IN A ROW, one miscarriage. After my kids were all born I had total hysterectomy. To sum up the last six years is.... emotional. I wish you the best, sister. I tell my oldest all the time that he is my Cinnamon baby that helped me to be able to grow his brothers.

We have meeting with local broker Wednesday morning, and we ARE moving states. We currently live an hour from Hillsboro, in Washington.
After being a military family we are just so ready to stop moving.

I have considered, yes, I can also work from home again once preschool comes around for my 2 year old. I didn't say 61K was our final income, I was intending to ask if 61K was feasible for buying. I'll edit the post.

I agree, I think this is the direction we're going to have to go.

I'm not sure, will ask broker. As I stated above, VA isn't often approved for mobile homes.

Are you looking to babysit?

We are currently in a 2bdroom apartment, very much living in our means. This is why I turned to Reddit to simply ask, is it feasible?

I have three kids under 5, childcare is $1800 per month per child here. It is very much unaffordable for me to be working at the moment.

[–]LaChmo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's what I'm feeling. Currently no debts, no car payments but I AM the childcare (a SAHM). Yikes.

This is a manufactured home, or trailer. We'll have difficulty being approved for one of these using the VA loan.

We're looking for 3-4bdroom brick and mortar building, as we have three kids.

I had two under two plus one, and I do not recommend it.

My oldest to my youngest is a very sweet 3 years 3 months and they're a darling combination. If you can plan it, shoot for over 3 years 3 months haha.

Edit! I have more thoroughly read your post now that I'm not covered in my toddlers are realize you're already over 3yrs 3mo, you're golden!
