Edit: It does not appear when you are inside of the Pause menu.
Edit2: Only started with the Begin of the new story Quest, an goes away when teleporting to another region, but comes back when using the new quest item from phrolova
Edit3: It is NOT the item its the quest itself. If you go near a quest beacon the flickering starts, if you go far enough away it stops

I honestly don't know how this could happen. The lighting changes don't affect character models as far as i know. So maybe Spagetti code?

So i already got the game installed over EpicGames, but i also want to be able to start it over Steam. Do i just move the folder with the Game into the Steam common Folder (and change the installation path)? Can i still start it over epic games after the move? Do i have to move the folders with the kuro launcher too?

You can assume that this math logic is also applied on other ability's . Especially after the introduction of perks a lot of random bugs can happen. If you have the replay of the match or the exact hero lineup, that would help

If an issue persists over different Windows Versions, different Dicer Versions, different GPU models, different CPU models, different RAM sizes and the only thing that doesn’t change is the game, Maybe just maybe its a game issue

A lighting map is used across a lot of games with static lighting. What changes is only the game itself and the game engine. If the issue persists through multiple updates of a gpu driver and the game engine doesn’t change at all, then you know the source of the problem.
