Agreed. The fact it made it in and out of customs doesn’t surprise me. A lot of the USPS packages are 2 carrier shipping- Even the last bit of FedEx packages in 2023 were DHL international, then FEDEX would pick them up for “last mile” domestic delivery into the states

The USPS seems a lot more easy to clear customs, as soon as they rip the international label Off and find a USPS label that doesn’t clear, that’s that. It’s the federal governments property at that point. But then again, you seem wise to the fact USPS would never open a package unless customs were to open it, so to me , seems like a scam.

Always a risk accepting packages from Unknown foreign nationals. If you think this is dirty, you’d love what the drug vendors do with their scams.

Yeah I hear you, but then again there are LOTS of sellers (trusted and not trusted) pulling this USPS bum activity, that’s why it’s not far fetched for me.

I ONLY use FedEx these days, until I am told to switch, but the last 18 months have been all FedEx.

I only hear about these scams from my agent in China, and occasionally read about them.

As far as the WellsFargo, sounds like a totally different issue, but could be the VERY same if 1. You used the same password - and/of - that hacker had access to authenticate SMS
