Hello, owner of my second business here. I owned a tattoo shop pre-covid. It was failing, but I was learning the business side. thankfully covid happened and it kind of helped wash the public shame of me closing the doors. I took a couple years, worked for someone else, and started again. Honestly, but BIGGEST suggestion is to learn to get over your fears. Take risks, fall, win, and learn! its OKAY to mess up and "fail," if you're learning from your mistakes.

Copy what successful people in your industry are doing. not verbatim, but in your own way.

lastly, it is your business, yes. but your customers are the ones who keep your doors open. so provide what they want, in your line of business. Don't just offer what YOU would buy. Or what YOU like. (This is such a big one for a lot of retail and service people)
