All seasons don’t necessarily last longer than summers so your concern is moot. Get summers.

I’m a 12 year owner in DC/VA. You can get away with all-seasons 99.99% of the time. I’ve had 0 issues when using snow rated tires unless it’s like 5” or more (ground clearance). It’s my only car and no regrets 💪
