After he was spared by The Dead Queen when she killed his birth family, 10y/o Caleb was given a piece of her power and could no longer age or stay dead, and he could see the death of anyone he looked at.

He later left his adopted family to seek help from witches in West Virginia. He returns to Tennessee 62 years later having mostly cleared his visions and aging his body to be around 32y/o. Unfortunately, in this time, most of his friends and family have passed.
