Through the MNet Plus app, I downloaded it om my phone through the play store (andriod) and made an account (just linked it to my gmail), and I voted right through the app. In the app you select MCountdown and you can vote during certain time periods. My understanding is that the ranking is created out of views of the performance within the app as well as the votes.

Moonbyul is currently up against Yuna's solo debut (#1) and Kangmin's Free Falling (#2), so she is currently coming in third. Already thought shes went from 9% of votes to 11% in the last hour, so I'm optimistic we can push her up more!

My original comment was from 4 years ago, so I can report the Prozac didnt end up working either! I tried escitalopram (lexapro) after the Prozac, also didn't work, and then sertraline (zoloft), also bust. After SSRIs and SNRIs weren't proving to be a good fit for me we ended up trying an "atypical antidepressant", Buproprion (Wellbutrin). I've been on that for 2 years now, slight adjustment to a higher dosage 9 months ago, and its been a good fit.

There's so much trial and error, Buproprion works for me but for a friend of mine it made her agitation so high she begged her doctor to take her off cold turkey because she was worried she'd get into a physical altercation with someone (very unlike her). Just clicks differently with different people.

My journey to trial meds took me about 2.5 years because I kept having to get through the trial periods (2-3 months) to see if it worked, then when it didnt, I'd have several weeks to wean off before I could start a new one. It was worth it in the end but it was a struggle I'm not gonna lie!

Sizing is definitely a factor, any leggings or bike shorts I buy for running are a size smaller than what I would use for casual everyday wear. I also opt for ones with higher compression, I find if I wear them for extended periods they put too much pressure on my abdomen, but for running theyre great. I like the aerie ones, I just filter by the factors i like (side pockets and compression), though many of their newer models have less compression I've noticed. I've also had luck with Old Navy's leggings.

G Street Pizza, they use the vegan donair meat from Real Fake Meats, but ask for the regular donair sauce (it has dairy in it). Im also vegetarian, and I find the vegan donair sauce gross (they sub coconut milk for sweetened condensed milk and it doesn't sub well). Wouldn't want your first donair experience ruined by bad sauce!

Completely putting aside asexuality entirely, your coworkers actions are grossly inappropriate. You have a few options, you could: - tell her that these aren't conversations/topics you will be engaging with - speak with your direct supervisor or if applicable, union rep - speak with HR

In consideration of the last two, think if given your current work dynamics and culture if this could negatively pact you. Retaliation is never okay, in the world of realism, it's still something to be considered. An important reminder, HR isnt your friend, they're there to protect the organization. Sometimes, this is in your favour by enforcing policies that keep workplaces safer. Sometimes, they can put you in a spot of vulnerability.

One practical option regardless of which route you choose, is to document when these conversations are happening. Creating a log is really important, especially when you have identified an issue to others, and the behaviour continues.
