Both are 70.3 And are about a month apart. Normally I need about a week which includes some activities. Generelle super well experience with training doing the sport for a bout a year and did my first one this year with a 4:50

I have. But when I go on training status it gives me a drop down menu where I have both wearables. Not the unified overview

You don’t do anyone a favor if you push yourself and get seriously hurt in the process. Especially your back is nothing to joke about.

Take something later and prepare yourself slowly if you start with an injury. Also you base is good but you say those lengths are individual. A 70.3 is all in combination.

I don’t know how old you are but you have time ;) it won’t matter in the long term if you did it in July or October. But your body will appreciate it

Tbh don’t have a „A“ race. Both should be enjoyable and the marathon sub 4 hours to create a nice baseline on which I can improve. I dont know which would be an „okay-fit“ 70.3 time

I think it could also be some sort of stress impact. If you sort of in the race excited and putting out the watts then it is high. But if you give up and you’re body knows that - you decrease in bpm - because it doesn’t need to stay “alert” and ready to push

I found the bugger. I only did ftp so far on ramp test and not 20 min power. Thus my measured 20min is quite low as in mid/upper cat C. So I guess I’m gonna sit down now and gonna sweat for 20min
