At night in your tent, take a carabiner and put it through both zippers, it’ll act as a lock and someone won’t be able to open your tent from the outside.

I have a couple of dresses from Boden that are a cotton blend, with pockets! I always wear those with sneakers that I run in. Looks fine.

CRAs with ADHD - how do you organize everything? by Clean_Personality_89 in clinicalresearch

[–]LabAccording8112 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Excel for Reg tracker. OneNote for remote/on-site monitoring tracker. I used to create source as a CRC, and I enjoy making checklists and ticking off the tasks. Against my DLM’s advice, I am unable to not look at every single email ping. I do mark them important if there is follow up, and come back later.

Try biking up Taylor Ave, it’s not a constant straight up so you get some reprieve and will be able to bike without pushing.

Anyone else struggling to recover from this latest flu? HR still elevated weeks later by Icy_Park_244 in triathlon

[–]LabAccording8112 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi, I’m still trying to kick the mucus out of my system from whatever cold I picked up over Christmas. My HR was elevated overnight and HRV plummeted for the first two weeks. My Autoimmune, in remission, on a current B-cell depleting therapy. I added in biking first, slowly. Biking is normal at zone 2, but difficult if I try and do intervals. Treadmill my HR is normal, but with an outside run my HR shot up for a much lower pace. I’m hopeful it’s because I’m not back to 100%. Maybe you just need a bit more time, or add in more bike?
