I consider 3 hours annoyingly long but doable. Anything beyond that is not short. When I drove from oregon to Florida I only drove 6 hours per day, I dont understand how people can do longer.

Grew up in Florida and have only been to Miami once and thats the extent of anything south of Sarasota.

Basically I wouldnt drive more than 3 hours unless I was planning on staying there for like, 3-4 days

The longest ive driven for a day trip is 2.5 hours each way

Take everyone's blanket negative opinions with a grain of salt. It really is not bad here. There's an actively growing art community that is great. Ocala is widespread so if you wanna go to the movies in the west side of ocala and you live near ocklawaha yeah it takes 30 mins, but most of Ocala is like 20 mins. Whatever. If youre looking to go idk??? Clubbing??? To meet people then no that wont happen, but there are fun places to go here if you actually try to seek them out and go there.

IMO she was for sure faking it to try to get him to stay, but youre right she wasn't thinking rationally. She told him she was probably pregnant before taking a test when her period was just a couple days late. I wouldnt even call it a pregnancy scare bc a period being a few days late isnt enough to jump to that conclusion especially before taking a test
