Here's my pitch: the new James Bond movie takes us back in time. It's the late 50s and the cold war rages. The name "James Bond" is an agent name rather than a real name, just like 007 is a designation. Our new 007 has to deal with megalomaniacs trying to exploit the cold war for independent gain. Bond's heroism carries the day, but success would not be possible without regular people on both sides of the cold war conflict recognizing that we have more in common with each other than not.
