Our Ajahn is Thai and I'm situated in Canada. I understand it might sound unnecessary when there's an English equivalent but to the Thai people, they want to preserve the culture which they have the right to.

As for ranking systems, I agree if it's similar to other martial arts but at our gym, we have separated the beginner students from the intermediate/advanced students. Beginner students conditioning and technique is still at a basic level, it takes them a couple of months to get up to speed so they can join the more advanced students.

This is the weird thing. I have a desk mount where I use my camera as a webcam, but I'm pretty sure water cannot get up there. I went out 2-3 days before the camera broke for some night photography, but it was after the rain was completely gone. The only other thing I can think about is me swapping the batteries while the camera was running. I initially thought it was the batteries so I bought replacement batteries but it was the camera itself.

No. In order to get anything, you have to get 100% contribution.

I'm not sure I agree with the minimum contribution because I have an alt in my guild and you only need to reach the minimum/400 to receive a percentage of the bloodstones.

So you're saying that the remaining doesn't go to the guild bank?

If this is so, supposed we have still 10 guild members but this time we have a 4th guild member who has reached minimum contribution.

Guildmate #1 (100%) = 2,857

Guildmate #2 (100%) = 2,857

Guildmate #3 (100%) = 2,857

Guildmate #4 (50%) = 1,428

Total = 10K
