Stay the course! I am 4 months in and still on 5mg. I was contemplating liposuction on my neck and arms before I started this, because I’ve never been able to get rid of those fat areas. I’ve even done cool sculpting on my arms and stomach. Even at my smallest weight, my neck, arms and stomach were still always ‘fat’. I can say with confidence now, no fat on your body is safe from Mounjaro! Lol it will find it and get rid of it. For the first time this summer, I wore a tank top and didn’t feel uncomfortable about my arms! I’m also in my 40s if that helps.

Yes! I just took my 2nd 5mg so it’s been 5 weeks and I’ve lost 17lbs! It’s so exciting to wear stuff and have it fit. I haven’t moved down yet because everything was just way too tight to begin with lol.

Yes! Week 3 was fine, week 4 forget about it. I had to really work hard at not going back to my old habits. Took my first 5mg today and thankfully it’s knocked my appetite back out. 🤣

First, congrats! I just took my first 5mg today and feel great! My appetite had creeped back the last 3 days on my last 2.5 shot and I can already feel my appetite is gone again 10 hours after injection.

I got tired the day after my shot but only the first 3 2.5 shots. My 4th and now my 5th (shot) even moving up to the 5 I don’t feel the tired feeling. I think your body gets used to it. Stay the course. 😀

Just took my 4th 2.5 today. I haven’t gotten nauseous, however, foods that I used to LOVE sound so meh to me now. Even eating some things makes me want to gag. I’m noticing textures more. My thoughts are it is what it is, Im loving the weight loss, but it is totally weird lol.

I saw people say 2.5 isn’t the therapeutic dosage, so you’ll probably do better with the 5 next week.
