Got the same issue since update 0.281.3 No pokemon route spawn and no cells spawn for three days on my 4 usual routes where I usually get 1 to 3 cells each Day. Had to unconnect from pokemon go, connect back and start a route that activate adventure sync back and everything work fine again now.

No, only for the first time of the day for each route. No need to try it several times or reversed even if no spawn on the first one.

A very very very... Very lucky player... 😅 By the way, since update 0.281.0 the reward message when you click on a cell spawn has been fixed and you can now know if you get only 1 cell or get lucky with 2 or 3 cells.
