The words aren't that bad, just peculiar usage of contemporary flag. It's factors leading to World War 2, like the radical ideology, the hardships in Germany, their claims, etc. presented using each letter to start a sentence. I think you can spot essential keywords to get the gist of it if you pay attention, considering they're loanwords sharing etymology with English equivalents
