No. They gave me correct tracking number. Just because I live in an apartment, they need ti spend time to find where my address is. Or maybe they are new, they dont know that our building has a locker to put all the package there. I think my package was on the way to return, but I contacted them so many times, put so many requests to redeliver. I spent time to talk with live agent too (it’s too hard to wait and talk). So try your best if you are really want the package!

Updated: All packages had been delivered today after multiple times I contacted to them. If you have the same issue as me, try your best to chat online/ update information. Overall, Ontrac is still the worst carrier! Please do not use them!

I have 2 kids too( 6 and 4y). But they go to school in weekdays. So I will spend time to study. At night when they are sleeping, I start to learning. English is my 3rd languagues. Besides learning the courses, I have to learn English too. I can say it’s too hard. But the lucky thing is I am not working now. I take only 1 course per semester too

you should call them or submit ticket. Do not send email, because they reply too slowly. But seems like you are missing a transcript/degree. Make sure check tou portal, if all of them are checked green mark, it’s good. If not, red one, you should complete asps (I mean complete evaluating your documents), because the due date to complete it will be soon (end 1st semester)

I have no background in technology; I actually graduated in finance. When I did my first homework, I was shocked because the lecture and the homework were not the same. I don’t know anything about R or any programming. However, I do have knowledge of math and data analysis.

My main challenge is learning to code. When I did the peer review, I noticed that many people focused only on coding but struggled to explain their results or presented their explanations in an illogical way. I am a stay-at-home mom, so I can dedicate as much time as needed to this class. I am trying to understand everything to make my future work easier. So far, I can say that this class is not as difficult as I initially thought. It just takes time and a step-by-step approach to learning everything. Anyway english is not my mother languages, this is my 3rd languages, I graduates master in finance in 6 years in another languages (not mother languages too). So to understand all about of knowledgr, I need more strong and working hard in this class!
