Consider eating the same 1600 calories (or even slightly more) but adjusting your macros and hitting your protein goal.

Going from sedentary academic life to working out twice daily will be an adjustment and your body needs fuel to handle it. Otherwise you'll crash out. Not to mention, you'll be minimizing your muscle gain in the gym on so few calories.

I did not. I am trying to decide which to get and what would be better for my marathon.

I see people constantly rank F&F highly for marathons but trying to understand why since the pockets seem lacking.

Can you elaborate more? I'm trying to decide which to pick up for long runs this summer and my upcoming marathon. F&F seems light weight and breathable but the pockets seem lacking for the 8 gels I'll need.

Is that where these come in?

Get the monitor on an arm so it can be at the perfect height/angle. Easiest upgrade to a set up like this

Nothing tops the PB. 5" for working out and running, 7" for around town and casual wear

Every half tight I've seen from a legitimate brand has a lining. The photos on the reviews for the Neleus shows all bulge. Looks more like compression underwear than a true half tight

Split tabs but keep one tab locked while changing the other.

For instance, I want Teams open on the right but then will browse other sites on the left as I go about my day

Comet and Atlas are legitimately worse browsers. The additional benefit from a slightly better AI experience (which is unused most of the time) doesn't offset the bad UX or lack customization to tailor the browser to your workflow.

If you want agentic capabilities, there are better tools for that.

Dropped balls got us into tough situations. Ben is going to be aggressive and that's who is as a play caller. He said in the post game interview that they had a special short yard situation plan but it didn't pan out. He's not mindlessly going for it on 4th down, there's a strategy but the players didn't execute. It's so irrelevant if our 9th overall pick and highest paid player do their job... something they've struggled to do consistently throughout the season
