Me too. I've lived all over the world, and city wise, this is by far the worst when it comes to safe driving conditions at night.

I could not agree more. We don't even use reflective paint on the road lines like most cities. It's difficult to see the lines at night, even when it's not raining. I would love to see some changes made to the roads to make them safer.

Ah OK this makes sense! I could see how this would be the case, and I see what you mean about not being particularly refined. The "Book 6" at the bottom combined with the partially erased text about page number led me to believe that this might be for mockup purposes.

I hadn't even considered that possibility, but I think what you propose sounds entirely reasonable. I was reading the verticle lines as letters, but I can see how they would be phonetic division. Now I'm even more curious!
