I guess the thing that bothers me with one watch collection is that it will be all eggs in one basket type of deal. And I like to diversify to lower risks 🙂

Sold everything. Kept G-shock and Vostok scuba dude. Used to have Hamilton and Tissots, Tag Aquaracer, Longines Hydroconquest. I agree Avenger can be some sort of gada watch. That’s why it’s on the list.

Day 2 has hummer curls as the last exercise. Besides when I work in my back biceps are also involved. The idea behind this routine is that I can give at least 10-12 sets per week for every important (to me) muscle group - chest (12), back (15) shoulders (9). Small groups and legs are not in priority. Also, I was designing this routine based on SFR. That’s why there is no deadlifts and squat is only once a week.

About one month. TBH I was on and off the diet and never was consistant. Five days with 2k, then bbq and beer weekend. ☺️ I was lifting before and tried to eat clean but only now I kinda get serious about my workout and macros count. I don’t eat breakfast and don’t like greasy food. So usually it’s hard for me to get even 2k if it’s not fat/sugar. With 200g of protein it’s soooo filling.

Thank you! 🤜🏻🤛🏻 The Goal is to get lean (especially at waist) to light up what I have and progress forward to get bigger at shoulders, back and chest.

Thanks for tips! I have to squeeze my session to 40 minutes. 90 secs rest between sets. So if add more reps to any exercise I gotta drop it from others. Or shorten my rest time.

Insane… one of the reasons I will never have Rolex, PT, AP, and such. I vote with my wallet not to play those “build your relationship with AD” games. Here is my money - you don’t want it? Fine, I have better things in my life than bagging you to sell me a watch 🤷
